The Key Family of Companies' mission is to always be a customer-focused company with happy customers who renew. This is supported by the following key strategies:
  • Deliver a "WOW" level of service at every opportunity. This is accomplished by aligning our service strategy to what the customer wants and delivering it in a creative, consistent, pleasant, helpful, timely, and accurate manner.

  • Extensive employee training. We believe our employees should go home at night feeling good about themselves and what they accomplished during the day. Every employee should feel in command of their job and confident about how to complete it. When this is accomplished, their stress level is reduced. "Employees who are well treated will treat customers well."

  • Develop innovative benefit management products while incorporating business processes to increase service capabilities at the lowest possible cost. We are continually customizing and further automating claims administration procedures to ensure that claims are analyzed and resolved as rapidly and accurately as possible.

  • Leverage information technology into a competitive edge. The Information Technology Department representing the Key Family currently employs 35 staff members. Their overall objectives are to "turn data into intelligence" to better serve our customers and to make our business more effective. We are heavily invested in technology and will continue to do so.

  • Positively impact the cost of benefits. We are not just administrators of claims. We are continually creating products and services which positively impact the cost of benefits while changing the employees perceived value of those benefits.
